	I've wondered this as well.  I'm thinking of getting a full rail car 
load (100 tons) one of these days when I have the money and a place to 
put it.  Even if I use 3 tons/year, I should be fixed for the rest of my 
days.

	How would this help?  Unless there is some legal provision for 
excluding yourself from regulation if you use the moniker, I am not 
clear on how it might serve to your advantage.
