[TheForge] Yellin work in Philadelphia?

There's a lot. Magaziner's book (Skipjack press) mentions some of it.
Theres also a website you can log into (register for free) called
something like "Architects and Buildings - philadelphia." That
should google it for you anyway. Very extensive database. Enter
Yellin as an "architect" and stand back. I think Claire Yellin must
have provided the complete database for them. Take care, though,
because some of these are interior ironwork. By all means see St.
Mark's (inside and out, if possible) near Rittenhouse square, and walk
around the square and you'll see at least one more obvious Yellin
piece (a door grille), plus what's on the Curtis Institute (of music)
building. Check that out inside if you can, as they have music stands
and maybe lamps (I forget) by Yellin.

If you get to Princeton U., NJ, visit the chapel (inside and out) and
across the street the Frick (Chemistry) building where the gates MUST
be by Yellin, though I don't have documentation.

I can't tell you more right now because I'm in France. I'll be back
~8/3. Contact me off-line if you're interested.
