I don't think you need to register to see the Blueprints.  As far as I
know, registration is only needed to post on the forum. I just logged
out and tried the blueprints and had no problem. They're having a
technical problem right now that's kept the news ones from being
accessed, though. So you will only get to 0-100 and 100-200 until they
fix it.
