I actually don't use the menu's in general, but I when using the
"array copy" I select the "move/copy" tool, then you select the item,
hit either the "CTRL" or the "SHIFT" (I can't recall which) and you
see a little + sign next to the item you have coped, meaning that you
are copying it, not moving it.   Then put it in the new position and
type "10/" - and sometimes "ENTER" (not sure when that is required).
Then I get 10 evenly spaced items.   I think I learned this from the
chair-building demo combined w/ the help.   Here is a link too:

I am using version 6.0.xx, which is the newest version, and I'm pretty
sure it isn't the Pro version, but I didn't check.   I've had it for
more then 30 days I think, so I doubt it could be.

"META" is a Unix/Emacs thing.  I was joking about having to remember
what key to press with what tool to get what operation.  Make the
learning more fun when you have to fumble around w/ mystery keys.
