Got it.  The guy mixed up 100 lbs of a brew intended for use as a target 
marker in 1/2 pint units and sent shrapnel   flying over the folks who were 
there to be entertained.  Guy nearly qualified for a Darwin award.  The key 
words in the charges against him were "destruction" and "endangerment". 
Thanks for the warning, but its not quite the same as something on the order 
of shooting the anvil, is it?
