[TheForge] bamboo redux

Gotta watch bamboo...it gets loose and displaces everything 
growing around it....except in the frozen north.

I've been thinking about hammer handles made in a manner similar 
to the way bamboo fly rods are laminated...though presumably not 
hollow.
Been fooling with whippy hickory handles with skinny,shaved down 
necks.
They break sometimes but they are way less tiring to use.
Any comments?...prf
