That first one, the 4" centrifugal, is about 106 CFM, check

Sorry, I don't know much else, aside from that the forge will have
some back-pressure, enough to make many simple fans run hard under the
load.  If you don't put a variac or pwm controller on your fan
(depending on motor type & reqts), you can use an in-line physical air
gate which is common -- although venting the excess might be a good
idea with certain fans.  In-line is a nice idea, and if you have it
far enough from your heat then many simple plastic fans may suffice,
although I think you'll want something with some oomph.  My guess is
that if the fan uses 30-50+ watts it is enough to run a small forge,
above that scales up.  10W might even be enough if it is efficient, I
dunno.
