Hello I do have a 12" stack, using 3 5' sections, with 5' out of the roof. Initial indications were great. However the pot is 9" from the side opening, smoke rose straight up, using bricks I was able to move the opening closer to the fire, now I need a damper as the velocity of the air keeps the coke red hot. lynn
