Very much so, but you can see the the nascent Blacker Hammer there.
"If we could just move the strike point left/right/back a bit, then we
could...".  And  note that the hammer head seems to have an insert,
somewhat like a power hammer die, which presumably could be changed
for, say, singlehanded fullering on the anvil face or changed again for
striking a set tool.

I regret that when a badly abused Blacker came up for sale here in
Nova Scotia, it was too dear for me even in its poor condition.  And
now I've lost track of it.  Very cool piece of machinery.  Clever
Brits.
