[TheForge] metal spinning

I've tried to reply to Terry's questions about spinning 
and the list filter has bounced me six times. I've 
tried something different each time but it's no go. I 
don't see what the list thinks is canned lunch meat in 
the one particular post but it does.

Other stuff is going through so I don't know what's 
going on.

I give up.
