[TheForge] GPBA transitioning into CSMA

I'm just putting the word out that the Great Plains Blacksmith Association
is now the Central States Metal Artisans.

There's still some paperwork changes we need to complete but the change is a
done deal. As a club we're broadening our horizons and including other
metalworkers. Membership wise, we're still predominately blacksmithing.
