The SOFA Quad State Roundup blacksmiths' conference is in Troy, Ohio (about six miles north of Tipp City) in September.  I don't know of any shops in Tipp City, but the Studebaker estate (with blacksmith shop) is between Tipp City and Troy ... don't recall the highway number, but it's the first north/south road east of Interstate 75.  Also don't know if the Studebaker grounds are open to the public.
