[TheForge] anvil height

Dan is really right here (as usual)  Many folks start out with the anvil too 
low.  For most they will do best with the anvil at wrist height.  The old 
"standard" was based on using a striker for max work from the striker.  Get 
up close to your anvil too, wrist high lets you stand up straight.
