Before you release them, make sure you are not jest creating a problem for someone else.  I really get tired of people who get rid of their problems on my property.  If you don't want them, I probably don't either!

wild life in town is a real problem.   Because it is wild life animal
control will not deal with them, not the responsibility, and the
county will not because they are in town.  So you just shoot them and
hope not to get caught or trap and release them somewhere else.  But
the critters move into your house then they will keep coming in till
you get rid of them, they do not just go home.
