Amazing what a pair of Coyotes in an area will do. I live in the woods in
western North Carolina not far from Folk School and we have always had lots
of squirrels and rabbits. Since we have had a pair of Coyotes (they always
come in pairs) first the rabbit population declined and this winter the
squirrels. Will see what spring brings but the number is way down and we
now never see the rabbits. Still think I put up the electric fence for the
garden to keep the raccoons out of the sweet corn but maybe that not
necessary this year.
