Phil,
Why?
Just because I could.
It seemed like a good idea at the time, and I liked the look.
No worries about warping of the plate, and I liked the look.
Had to deal with the lip on the firepot, and I liked the look.
Yes, horn always pointing in the incorrect direction, hoping it keeps you up
at night ;-)
