Thanks for the reply.  You mention some valuable items that hadn't occurred 
to me.   Actually, they have already offered to provide much of what I was 
expecting to bring, such as an awning.  I'll start collecting appropriate 
furniture right away. Thought I'd also bring an extra tub of ice and bottles 
of water to give away.  (I get it it really cheap)
