Hi Andrew,
State to state differences make this on a little tough. Personally, I like
the uppers and lowers to match. I just dumped a mixed AR-15. If it's only a
few hundred or whatever more to get a full FAL I'd go for that. If the the
lower is a respectable after market product then maybe it's something to
think about. Question though... If you need to resell it will the lower
bring you what you paid for it?
