Now you know what it is like.  Not an easy thing to pull off.  We (NJBA) 
did precisely this what... about 8 or 9 years ago.  Methinks we did 
about 25 in a weekend and with a lot of scurrying around.  The planning 
was largely done by Marshall Bienstock and IIRC Bruce Freeman.  The key 
lies in the preparation.  Do that well and you will have a very good time.

Congratulations on a successful endeavor.  So, when will you be doing 
the anvil rebuilding session?
