1. No ideas other than those previously tendered, but check oput this
for the spacers.
2. If I read your post correctly, you need 1/2" diameter by one inch
long rods with a hole through it. I 'read' spacers... If you need a few
the drilling process would be fine, but if many translates to a minimum
box quantity from a place like am Industries or Fastenal, the cost of
the box would most likely not even be close to the labor cost of cutting
the pieces, much less drilling them.
