[TheForge] Boat dock update

I finally got the time to build the dock I talked about a while back. I used 
two sets of side by side barrels. The first set at the end the second set 
about 4 feet from the shore. I set the shore end on concrete blocks and used 
screw-in anchors to secure it to the bank. Once the frame was in place I 
covered it with pallets which I tied to the frame with bailing wire.
The whole project only took about 5 hours start to finish. It went much 
smoother than expected, considering I didn't have any help building or 
launching it. All the talk and planning paid off.

The dock floats a little high and is a little tipsy, kind of like a canoe. 
Because of the way I have it anchored there is no fear of it actually going 
over.
