[TheForge] welding without flux

Watch Bob Patrick! Saw him at the 1999? ABANA Conference in Flagstaff. He
was welding at a cherry heat with no flux .. And complaining that he was
"out of practice" I could not find the seam on the finished piece... GRR.
I would love to have that type of skill.

I have heard of people welding without flux but have never seen it
done. at what color temp. was he coming out of the fire at, i am the
kind of guy that would give it a try.
