They are .pdfs so viewable with Adobe Reader. Most blackberried will have
something to read them as well, hell even my phone does!

Rich, what does it need on the other end to view the files?
I'm assuming that my client is using a portable computer, but perhaps it's  
a Blackberry of some kind- have your customers had any issues opening  
files made with Open Office?
