A good idea unless you don't want the world seeing it.  You could 
password protect the site, but then you're getting into coding and most 
folks don't want to be bothered.  Besides, it doesn't prevent the 
clients from giving access away.

OTOH, none of this might matter in the slightest, in which case it is a 
very good idea.
