	That is very sound advice.  Copyright is implied, but if you explicitly 
lay claim it makes things crystal clear.

	I will add that you will want to disable to ability to cut and paste 
from the pdf file.  Stealing content is VERY easy when cut and paste is 
enabled.  Just a heads-up.
