Personally I'd only provide some concept drawings and maybe a picture or 
two of things that I have done or perhaps of a sample of a detail if the 
conversation had gotten that far.
No prints or construction details that might be used to make doing it 
easier for someone else or limit changes I might decide on later.

I just had one like that, a "forge weld" turned into a hammered OA weld.
