[TheForge] power hammer tilt

When i got my 90 lb ram bull airhammer, i jackhammered
out the concrete floor to earth and gravel. The hammer
sits on its 2 inch plate and another 2 inch steeel
plate. there are post bolts joining the two plates.
After 10 year of use the hammer is tilted about 10
degrees from vertical. i expect that a chain on my
backhoe to the upright can tilt it in the opposite
direction but i am unsure if there is any way to level
it without removing the hammer completely from its
earth pad.  I assume a slight angle will eventually
damage the hammer. New to this fulltime suddenly
things like this are of more significant.
