For those of you in the lower 48 that weird sound your hearing is me chuckling at my good fortune.I've scored a #1 bridgeport with power feed and a south bend 3' engine lathe with a whole bunch of tooling for $1500.
I'll give you some of the tooling because to list all of it I would be typeing for a week. Two four jaw chucks ,a three jaw chuck,2 milling vices,a keyless chuck(brand new),5live centers,2 dial calipers.a mic, 6+collets,drills,sidemills,endmills,6 quick change tool holders,2 quick change tool posts,numerous taps #1and up,lefthand thread taps and cutter stock. Well I've worn my fingers out enough for to day.
