Last spring I was wondering also if I should renew
Tom Clark sent out a mailing urging members to stay the course and renew
which I and several of my friends did.
Look at how other costs have risen a bottle of water is over a dollar.  I
pay $20 to a local group that doesn't even have a newsletter mainly meeting
notices I cant go to without taking vacation.
Pay for another year and try to get involved.  At least with membership it
is easier on the conscious when it is time to bitch about what may or not be
happening.

Of course I also drove 1400, 1600 and 2000 miles round trips for conferences
this year and probably will again next year not to mention the close trips
under 400 miles.
