Thanks, I hadn't thought about building a square one, I had planned on 
putting a couple of vanes or egg beaters inside.  Square would be easy 
to build, 4 strips of 1/2" - 2' or 3' x 8' flat bar. Hmmm.

Most of what I want to take off is weld scale, plasma burrs, shine up 
bars worked under the power hammer into twisted and bent shapes, etc.
