They won't fill a 100# here either, they don't carry a 
scale on the truck to tell when it's full. The delivery 
truck's pump at a much higher rate than the stationary 
pump at the yard, gas station, etc. because they 
typically pump a lot more volume at a time. If a 100# 
tank were dead empty it'd take the truck's delivery 
pump about 40-45 secs to fill it. So without a scale 
there's too much danger of overfilling small tanks.
