[TheForge] Propane Users tank sizes and usage

Ok so he didn't name it a group of hobby casters in the Pacific north west
have named it a porter style burner.  Or for those who know Mike a Mikey
burner.

I can't find any reference to a Porter Burner in my
Michael Porter Book Gas Burners for Forges, Furnaces
and Kilns.

I look because Porter wrote the book.
