All, the message below was sent to Roger Degner off-line and for the
few represented here on The Forge I want to assure you that the new
members of the ABANA Board are concerned about the appearence
of the current state of the organization.

There will be difficult challenges to find solutions for, so look forward
to rolling up your sleeves and join in.  All who have opinions will be heard
and those too who offer solutions will have a voice.

Roger, I don't think you will have to wait long.  Clare knows
how bad it looks, that the Prez message has not changed.

I myself am looking forward to my first ABANA Board
meeting.  And, soon after all of the membership will have
some idea of what the heck is going on.  For sure there are
several of us, new to the board, that want to make it a high
priority to inform the membership

So far all I have been seeing is a shit storm of emails zooming
back and forth.  I hope it ends soon!
