Mark,

I thought about that, but I will see what the people
at the mill suggest for rats. My barn cats would get
into the rat trap if I put them out. 

If it wasn't in the barn, I would till the spot under
after burning some cardboard and wood over the spot.
That made the ground hogs move away.

Then again a small landmine would really get rid of
them, but probably take the barn with it.
