Please be aware that barkeepers friend contains oxalic
acid, a poison. (Rhubarb leaves also contain oxalic
acid and will poison you.)
Oxalic acid is highly water soluble, especially in
alkali (baking soda or washing soda or dishwasher
detergent, for example), so will wash off completely
very easily.
