You need to get the tape made by the late Dave Manzer of wild rose
forge.
 It is titled "The power hammer cycle-how to cure the Bang tap blues"
 The tape is worth it's weight in gold.
 He shows how to tune up your hammer and then find the optimal speed to
run your hammer at to get maximum - performance.
