Slow drying Super Glue will stabilize wood, bone turquoise, etc. Be careful
with epoxies; they are heat sensitive. Large blocks of wood can be
stabilized with polyethylene glycol (PEG). Ron C

What about vacuum impregnating the antler with epoxy?  Just curious.
