Jim Brisbois in saginaw lent me his A-frame trolly and man was it slick
It was 2 6 foot A's with a piece of I beam between them and a trolly on the 
I beam with a chain fall attached.
Where the I beam's attached to the uprights the slid up and down in a tube 
that was attached to the a's or legs so you could get more height.
The whole thing was on 8 or 10 inch casters.
It was really Great!  I could put together a drawing if anyone is 
interested.
