That's not enough more expense to justify the added 
clean up of using CO2. for me. On the other hand CO2 
may be cheaper from another source, maybe not. Most if 
not all of the compressed gasses available around here 
come from the welding supply, they have the gas plant. 
You might try contacting the company that supplies the 
gas for soda machines.

The place where I ordered the Miller 140 told me a 
refill of 75/25 costs $25 while a refill of CO2 costs 
$15.  (I did catch what size tank that was.)
