[TheForge] Harbor freight gas welding kit.

This was my first oxy-acetylene outfit.  Not the highest quality
regulators and torch, but very serviceable.  I used it for a few years
before one of the regulators failed. I subsequently purchased a Victor
outfit.  You will pay a bit more for a Victor or Smith, but would
probably be happier in the long term.
