I once made a pig shaped hot tub with the wood fed in the mouth
to fire it. It had a 10 foot stack/tail and drew pretty well,
heated 1100 gallons in about an hour...it could'a cooked...seated
8 friends....silly thing made life mag.
We seriously discussed doing a giant Chompino
at one of the early pleasure faires or Human Be-ins
They would'a blanched if we'd chucked a pig in...seafood doesn't
have eyelashes so it woulda been OK. The giant cook-in never
happened and the pig bath became the crew bath tub for the
pleasure faire.... Was 7 years before i was paid for it...pete f
