[TheForge] Dumpster Diving

My dad was snooping around in a dumpster in an industrial area of San 
Antonio a few years ago and found 4 brand new tires that fit our skid steer 
(sort of like a Bobcat, but not quite).  I think that was the late 80's. To 
be safe we don't fill them up to the 60 psi recommended on the tire, more 
like about 1/2 of that.
