in my opinion it is neither, this is the new age of terrorism
and the war on terror. the age of the patriot act and domestic
spying by the national security agency and others. basically,
you are guilty of terrorism or supporting terrorism till proven
otherwise. so comrade ( ;-) ), the government is paranoid
and looking for a terrorist under every rock. yet the borders
are gaping holes. the usa and other countries could not seal
their borders if they tried. everyone basically gave up a
piece of their freedom for the illusion of security against
the unknown terrorist. long live the shrub. ;-)
