[TheForge] die for a small hinge barrel

I'm pretty sure Streeter has it. If you are interested, I can dig that
out and send you the pages. I tried it once with a flypress and had zero
luck. When I complained that I thought it was someone dreaming to George
Dixon, he said that it worked great.
