Hydrofloric acid is also interesting.  It is transdermally absorbed and has a high affinity for calcium.  You die from cardiac arrest because the heart requires calcium in order to function and the calcium becomes chemically bonded to the floride ion.  iirc skin contact with 50-100 ml HF is fatal.
