[TheForge] A simple charcoal forge

A guy showed up at the CBA conf in Santa Cruz with an entire 
forge, including the blower, all made out of cardboard, a 
broomstick and a bike innertube for the drive belt.
He had an ash lining in the forge and a bit of extra water for 
fire management. Cost was all glue and staples.....worked fine..pf
