[TheForge] Branding Irons? Professional witness?

I'm really not trying to stomp on anyone here. I was
just tired of seeing more talk of lawsuits than
blacksmithing. I was trying to get some real info on
making, not how to avoid being sued. Mainly, I wanted
to figure out the best course of action, so I could
get back to work. I don't post here much, because I
have other things I need to do. I'm a small time
smith with very little of anything to sue for. So, if
I worried that I was going to be sued for everything I
made, I'd never make anything. As to the handle, I'm
not really sure. I'm assuming he wants a traditional
look and that he would want a long steel handle.
