What do you mean by small?  I agree that something
about 6.5 HP is about right, but a 25 to 30 gallon
tank is a bit small, I think the compressor would run
a lot.  I'd go with a 60 gallon tank, or maybe two
smaller ones that would equal about 60 gallons.
