Most of the junkyards have been forced out of business by the
county hereabouts...bloody yuppie values...the closest one is now
about 1 1/2 hours away and they run steel through there as fast
as possible...it's just tons to them...sigh.
It about broke my heart when the new owner took the big magnetic
crane and scrapped out old Paulson's rows of 55 gal drums of
sized and graded nuts and bolts etc..all of which had been
removed and cleaned up by hand...Same with the old machinery,
vintage vehicles etc....all off to the orient....waaaah!...pf
