True. But a demo goes better if the demonstrator has equipment with which
he/she is familiar. Also, a blacksmith can do without a power hammer as
well, but efficiency is lost.
In my mind a compromise between what may be easily had, and what has been
requested needs to be determined. Then do round 2 of negotiations/
acquisitions to see what really needs to be added for the additional
expense.

I would think that any demostrator worth their salt could adapt to the
available equipment. There are certainly special cases, such as large
hammer demos such as happened at Asheville.
